All rates include 12.5% Florida Sales and Resort Tax (if applicable) and a one-time houskeeping charge as indicated.
The A $500 Security Deposit is required at the time of booking to secure any reservation (non-refundable if cancelled). This amount will be applied to the rental amount 60 days before arrival.
For monthly rentals, the first Month’s rental fee including all taxes and fees and a $500.00 damage deposit is due 60 days prior to arrival. If reservations are cancelled 60-31 days before arrival a %50 refund of the monthly rental amount plus the damage deposit will be refunded. If reservations are cancelled 30-0 days before arrival only the damage deposit will be returned.
For weekly rentals, the first Week’s rental fee including all taxes/fees and a $500.00 damage deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival. If reservations are cancelled 30-15 days before arrival a 50% refund of the weekly rental amount plus the damage deposit will be refunded. If reservations are cancelled 14-0 days before arrival only the damage deposit will be returned.
Absolutely NO pets are allowed.
No smoking in any unit.
Stays in excess of 6 months and 1 day are not subject to Florida Sales and Resort Tax.
Prices are subject to change.
No trailers or RVs larger than one parking space. There is a charge of $30.00 per week for all trailers and RVs.
You must be 21 years or older to rent any unit.
Someone 21 years or older must be in residence when minors are present.
